POSITION SUMMARY
Equis is seeking an experienced Digital Advertising Manager to lead our advertising efforts. The Digital Advertising Manager will build systems and processes to ensure strong advertising campaigns, from media planning to monitoring and reporting. In the short term, this role will be responsible for executing all Equis digital advertising campaigns. Long term, the Digital Advertising Manager will oversee and support a team of ad strategists, and will focus on strategy and improving campaign performance. The position will guide the tactical decisions to create high-performing, multi-channel ad campaigns.

SALARY AND BENEFITS The salary expectation for this particular position is $80,000-$100,000, dependent on relevant experience and location. Equis offers medical, dental, vision coverage at no premium, 4% employer match 401K, and excellent vacation, sick and personal leave.
