POSITION SUMMARY

Equis is seeking an experienced Digital Advertising Manager to lead our advertising efforts. The Digital Advertising Manager will build systems and processes to ensure strong advertising campaigns, from media planning to monitoring and reporting. In the short term, this role will be responsible for executing all Equis digital advertising campaigns. Long term, the Digital Advertising Manager will oversee and support a team of ad strategists, and will focus on strategy and improving campaign performance. The position will guide the tactical decisions to create high-performing, multi-channel ad campaigns.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Building media planning, trafficking, and reporting processes for a new in-house ads team
• Plan and execute multiple digital advertising campaigns 
• Setting up and trafficking campaigns on ad platforms like Facebook and Google Ads
• Create reports and provide real-time feedback on campaigns, including daily monitoring of spending
• Make recommendations for improving campaign performance and optimize campaigns
• Draft copy as needed, partnering with video editors and web developers
• Hiring, onboarding, and managing a team of ad strategists 

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years of experience running digital marketing campaigns with strong skills in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads (both Search and YouTube)
• Experience creating reporting templates and campaign reports - proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is a must
• Experience running both brand awareness and conversion-based campaigns
• Impeccable attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to collaborate under pressure with diverse staff
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills
• Self-starter and ability to work on several projects at once at varying stages of development
• Ability to work in a startup environment that is highly collaborative 
• Passion for Latino communities, and the issues that most affect us
• Spanish language and cultural proficiency are required

LOCATION Remote, USA

EMPLOYEE STATUS Full-Time

SALARY AND BENEFITS The salary expectation for this particular position is $80,000-$100,000, dependent on relevant experience and location. Equis offers medical, dental, vision coverage at no premium, 4% employer match 401K, and excellent vacation, sick and personal leave.
