Administrative support for the senior leadership team, and general operational support for organization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain complex calendars for President and Vice President of Equis, both internally and externally, with a keen time management mindset.
Working across the senior leadership team, manage competing priorities, prioritize, delegate, and book meetings or travel.
Manage shared drive, database and CRM, including updating confidential donor information.
Prepare correspondence and other key documents/written materials on behalf of the President and organization (email news blasts, etc).
Support execution of Board of Directors meetings and prepare materials, logistics and agendas.
Assist in planning meetings, special events and conferences.
Complete research and other duties as assigned.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with little supervision.

Key Programmatic Experience: Fluent in G-Suite and Excel and Google Sheets with willingness to learn software programs such as Mailchimp, Clickup, and Breezy.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Previous experience as an assistant, scheduler, or paralegal (or equivalent experience) is preferred but not required.
